Atomic Cowboy home of Denver Biscuit Co & Fat Sully's NY Pizza

Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, opted for outdoor seating since it wasn’t busy at all (weird for a Saturday night). Service was quick, friendly and helpful. Build your own pizza slices were enjoyed as well as the smash burger and chicken fingers. I think at least two people have wished they had gotten the chicken fingers instead. Would eat here again and recommend to others. Would like to get some breakfast there next time around. Prices were acceptable for the quality of the food.

Came here for a late lunch. The server recommended the biscuits which were getting ready to stop. Delicious! We had the Lola, Cubano and K-Mack. Also the Garlic Parmesan waffle fries were fabulous. I really loved the Lola- and the maple syrup really made it great.Server was attentive and fun!

Wow. I'm an out-of-towner and this was the best KC experience I had! (so much so I went twice) Ken was my server both times and Emerson helped out. They made my experience extra special with their friendliness and excellent customer service! The food was extraordinary and everyone in my group was raving. I recommend The Dahlia with a French toast biscuit and the shrimp and grits. The coffee bar is so cute - the mismatched mugs made it homey.

Wow! Terrific pizza, location, atmosphere as d overall diving experience! Impressive lunch! The pizza is voted one of the best in the area, and now I know why! It was ordered as desired and didn't disappoint! The crust of the pizza is truly one of the best I've ever tasted! Impeccable product! The building was beautiful and inviting, inside and out! Impressed by the menu and the friendly employees! There is so much to look at in every direction! You won't be disappointed, or it's your own fault! Thanks to all! What an asset to the area!

Awesome food so delicious and delicately made. These biscuits are so buttery and fluffy, you’re stuffed after one or two bites. Love the mushroom vegan breakfast gravy. Mushrooms are so small you don’t notice it. Chicken was very moist, eggs are fluffy, bacon very crispy as well as the hashbrowns. The French toast is colossal. Every bit of the food was good. Price is not too bad. The sauces are flavorful with a few you can choose from.

Would definitely recommend any of the biscuits, there's a good selection and they all sounded good. We got the DBC and the Cordon Bleu and they were both unique and delicious. Our favorite thing was the cinnamon bun though!! Wow!! "Endless" coffee wasn't fresh and was burnt though. Total bill for those items was 55 with tip.

This place was absolutely amazing. Really fun atmosphere and really good food. The service was great. Everyone was so nice. They made suggestions for how to make things better (upgrade to French toast biscuit!). I would highly recommend for any time Of the day (we went for breakfast but someone had a piece of pizza and it looked amazing!).
